The partner your clients will never hear about

Agencies come to us for capacity and stay for the discipline. Here is exactly what you get, what we promise in writing, and how the money and the credit stay with you.

What we actually are

A production department you do not have to run

Most agencies hit the same ceiling. Sales works, delivery does not scale, and the founder ends up project managing at midnight. Hiring fixes it in three months and breaks it again the first quiet quarter.

We sit behind your brand instead. You keep the client, the pricing and the relationship. We take the brief, staff it with people who have shipped that exact thing before, and hand it back finished with your logo on it.

If your client ever asks who built it, the honest answer is your agency. That is what the contract says, and it is the only answer we will ever give.

01

Dedicated account manager

One name, one inbox, one person answerable for everything in flight. They learn your delivery standards, your client's tone and your margins.

02

Transparent communication

Status posted before you have to ask for it. Blockers surface the day they appear, with a fix already proposed.

03

Senior specialists only

Work is routed to people who have shipped that exact thing before. Nobody learns on your client's budget.

04

Faster delivery

Design and build run on parallel tracks with overlapping QA, which pulls weeks out of a standard timeline.

05

White label NDA

Signed before scoping starts. Our name stays off every file, deck, commit message and email footer.

06

No client poaching, ever

Written into the partnership agreement with teeth. We do not contact, pitch or accept work from your client.

07

Flexible scaling

Add two developers for six weeks, then step back down. No hiring cycle, no bench cost, no severance.

08

Project ownership

We hold the plan, chase the blockers and protect the date. You get outcomes instead of task management.

09

Dedicated Slack channels

A shared channel per project inside your workspace, or ours if you prefer. Same day response during your hours.

10

Weekly reporting

A Friday summary of what shipped, what is moving and what needs your call. Formatted so you can forward it.

In the agreement, not the pitch

Four things we put in writing

Every partnership starts with the same paperwork. If your legal team prefers your own paper, we will work from that instead.

Clause 1

Total anonymity

Our name appears on nothing that reaches your client. Files, decks, repositories, commit messages, email footers and test logs all carry your branding.

Clause 2

No solicitation

We do not approach, pitch or accept direct work from any client you introduce us to, during the partnership or after it ends.

Clause 3

You own everything

Source files, design files, repositories and documentation transfer to you on final payment. Nothing is held back to keep you tied to us.

Clause 4

Fixed scope, fixed price

Quoted work does not drift. If scope genuinely changes we flag it with a number attached before anyone starts, so you can price it to your client.

Clause 5

Your working hours

Overlap hours agreed at kickoff across US Eastern, US Pacific, UK, Central Europe, Gulf and Australia, with a handover note at the end of each shift.

Clause 6

Invoices stay clean

We bill your agency, never your client, and our invoices carry no reference to the end client if anyone reviews your books.

Engagement models

Three ways to work with us, priced for your margin

Most partners start on a single project and move to a capacity block once the second one lands.

Model 01

Per project

For testing the partnership on one job before committing anything.

  • Fixed price quoted from a written scope
  • Milestone billing, not hourly
  • Same NDA and non solicitation terms
  • No commitment past delivery

Model 02

Capacity block

For agencies with steady flow that want a team on standby every month.

  • Set hours reserved across the whole team
  • Move hours between design, build and marketing
  • Priority scheduling on urgent work
  • Scale the block up or down each month
Talk capacity

Model 03

Dedicated team

For agencies replacing an in-house department without the payroll.

  • Named people assigned to you full time
  • They sit in your standups on your domain
  • Flat monthly cost, no recruitment or overhead
  • Swap a role out if the mix changes

Partner questions

What agencies ask us before signing

Not from us. We use your email domain for anything client facing, your branding on every document, and we follow whatever introduction you give us on calls. Internally we stay on our own systems, so your licence count only covers the people your client actually sees.
You review everything before your client does. Revision rounds are scheduled into the plan rather than treated as a problem, and QA runs a written test log against the acceptance criteria our analyst wrote at the start. If something is genuinely wrong, we fix it at our cost.
We quote your agency a partner rate against a written scope, and what you charge your client is entirely your business. Most partners mark up somewhere between forty and a hundred percent depending on the market they sell into. We never see or ask about your client-facing price.
Yes, and most partners do. Send one project, judge us on it, and decide afterwards whether a capacity block makes sense. The NDA and non solicitation terms are identical either way.
Capacity blocks scale down or pause with notice, and per project work simply ends at delivery. There is no severance, no notice period on a person, and no penalty for a quiet quarter.
You do. Source files, design files, repositories and documentation transfer to you on final payment, and we do not hold anything back to keep you tied to us. We also do not add the project to our own portfolio.

Partnership

Send us the next project you were about to turn down

We will scope it, price it for your margin and start inside the week. If we are the wrong team for it, we will say so on the first call.
